In order to reduce the risk of infection by COVID-19, our Center for Integrated Treatment and Recovery (CITAR) located at 101 Jackson Street is temporarily closed but continuing to provide our treatment and support services by way of telephonic and video individual therapy, case management, recovery coaching. The Outpatient Clinic is licensed by Department of Public Health as both a substance abuse and mental health clinic.  The clinicians in the outpatient department specialize in treating individuals who are dually diagnosed both with a substance abuse and mental health diagnosis.Therapy occurs individually and in a group setting by clinicians who are
very experienced in their field, many who are licensed drug and alcohol
counselors.  Current groups offered include a Men in Recovery group and a
Women in Recovery group that meet weekly, as well as an Early Recovery group
that meets twice per week.  Additionally, LHATR offers substance abuse
evaluations, conducted by licensed or specialized clinicians to assist in
determining whether a substance abuse problem exists and identifying the
correct level of treatment. Intakes or evaluations are made by appointment.

Clinic Hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM to
4:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to Noon

*Most Mass Health plans are accepted, as well as private pay with a sliding fee scale, or in some cases service is paid for by the Bureau of Substance Abuse.
